No Returns on Subscription Boxes

Damaged or Defective Items

    • If any item in your box arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box.
    • Steps to Follow:

      • Include photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and the packaging.
    • Resolution:
      • Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
        • A replacement of the damaged or defective item, if available.
        • A partial refund or store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged item.
      • In cases where a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund for the value of the specific item.

Subscription Cancellations

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made before the subscription cut-off date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

      • Cancellations made after the subscription cut-off date will apply to the next subscription period, not the current one.
